The test logos may not be used without reference to FUJINON products or services. No changes may be made to the test logos with the exception of proportional size changes. Wherever the test logos are used FUJINON is to be named as source in a suitable notice. FUJINON is entitled to withdraw permission at any time without provision of grounds. In the event of such a withdrawal you are obliged to desist immediately from the use of the test logos and to confirm this to FUJINON in writing if required to do so. In the event of illegal use of the test logos claim for damages and/or compliance are to be expected.
